• Forge shops carry out all desired Metallurgical tests on raw materials to assure that we achieve our physical properties on the finished products.

• Gear cutting is carried out under strict control for proper fitment & matching when used.

• Case hardening is done on gas carburizing furnaces to attain uniformity of case hardness & to achieve a tough core.

• Gear sets are shaved or grounded to reduce noise level.

100% inspection is carried on gears before shipment & duly packed for safe transit.
